Hollow Stone is a cave that was once used to store beer, we use this to inspire us to find amazing cave systems all over the world, then source ingredients to brew a fantastic range of drinkable craft beer. Just follow the lantern for beers that are well balanced.

Draught at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Gluten Free. Black brown colour, biege foam head and aroma of malt, roasty, chocolate, coffee. Taste is sweet, malty, roasted, chocolate, with coffee and tangy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying roasty bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

Taste is sweet, dark malty, molasses, dried fruits, with some chocolate & coffee, and roast bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying roasty bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

Taste is sweetish, malt, grain, biscuity, with herbal note and some bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying malty & chamomile bitter finish. Quite drinkable
