Bottle 0.75l, three years aged. Cloudy, reddish amber colored. AROMA- pale plums, cherry, plum compote, caramel, strawberry compote, raspberry. FLAVOR- creamy, lightly sweet, just slightly bitter, salted caramel, strawberry jam, cherry, plums. Fuller to full bodied. Very nice Barley Wine.

Tap at the brewpub with Johanne (thanks!), Kim and Ryan. Hazy ruby red body, pinkish head. Some sulphur mixing with berries in the aroma. Soft, sweetish berry-driven taste, lightly tart, not too thrilling, but not bad either.

Tap at the brewpub with K&J&R! Black body, tan head. Chocolate, light butter in the aroma, cake-like. Caramelly, light taste, some other dark malty notes showing up, quite light. Not bad, not great.

Tap @ Craft House Prague. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - fruity and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 210723

Draught at Pivo na Náplavce 2023. Slightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- citrusy, citrus jelly, meadow grasses. FLAVOR- smooth, slightly sweet, moderately bitter, citrusy, jelly, hay, meadow grasses, alcohol. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Tap at the Prague Castle fest. Slightly hazy golden body, off-white head. Herbal aroma, light grapefruit notes, some mild socks. Soft, smooth, flowery taste, light dried fruit, feels lightly older than it is, but not mby much, heavier and sweeter than it should perhaps be, but a solid beer overall.

Tap at Žižkov fest. Hazy golden body, white head. Herbal, floral, somewhat malty aroma. Primarily floral and hoppy taste, quite pleasantly so, on a soft malty base, ending with light bitterness. Nice!

Tap at Lopni Beczku.Hazy yellow orange color with medium white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, oranges, zest, citrus. Taste is mainly hoppy with tropical fruits, grapefruit, zest. Good one.

Draught at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- peach, apricot, citrusy, hay, candied citrus, flowery, quince. FLAVOR- slightly sweet at first, dry finish, bitter, quince, pineapple, citrusy, herbal and floral. Fuller to full bodied. Very good.
