Strong fermented taste, almost like kombucha or cider. Dry and thin with distinct lemon. The honey is much less pronounced compared to regular mead. Interesting style!

Pours unclear blonde. Scent is raw, funky, mild on the spices - balance. Taste is sharp, dry, very herbal, raw honey. Medium body, medium high carbo. Ends dry and what seems like very alkalynic.

Pours unclear (especially the dregs this mead has! Bottom looks very muddy even) Scent is mild, but very raw and natural, and rough. Fairly loud rhubarb. Taste is medium thick, very chewy, lactic like mouthfeel. Higher carbonation. Louder on the rhubarb, honey is very mild. Very interesting indeed, though it's not very mead-like to me.
