Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear copper bronze. Aroma has rich coffee, gentle bourbon, and rich honey nectar. Flavour has plenty of coffee beans, some green pepper, rich honey nectar, and bourbon. Treacly, syrupy finish—nice incorporation of the coffee, but doesn’t quite have the honey base. Very good.

Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear dark amber, no head. Aroma is extremely rich, with intense syrupy honey and treacly notes. Flavour has a tartness to it, with rich honey nectar, tartness, and light treacle. Doesn’t have the body, and the tartness detracts a bit. Okay.

Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a dark mahogany. Aroma has tons of cherry juice, a touch of spice, and subdued honey presence. Flavour is dominated by the cherry juice, with the other elements taking a backseat. Hard to perceive honey in here. It’s alright.

Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear pale golden. Aroma has an interesting melange of spices—ginger, cinnamon and other stuff I don’t recognize—with very subdued honey. Flavour is dry and spicy, with lots of juniper and other spices, and dry floral honey. There’s definitely a good amount of honey in here but I’m rarely a fan of these dry meads. Well-made but not for me.
