500ml bottle (as Albrecht 12 Authentic Czech Pilsener) from Beers of Europe: BB 19th December 2021. Drank at home on 29th September 2022. Went well with my Chicken Balti Lal Morchi. Almost clear golden pour, snow white head. Decent blend of grains and hops but nothing stands out or holds any interest; just a bog standard Czech Pils.

half-litre bottle from Beers of Europe: BB 30th November 2021. Drank at home on 18th September 2021. Clean and clear golden body, short lasting white head. Grainy/malty nose and taste, light hop bitterness towards the finish. OK, but nothing to get excited about.

Tap at F.A. Bar. Thin body, high carbonation. Moderate sourness, seems fully fruity. No funk or malt or hops. Med-high berry character, loads of rasp and blackberry. Light tartness. The fruit character is nice, feels natural. But overall the beer is kinda empty, I lack something more besides fruit. Good but not great.

From tap @ La Putika Vajnorská in Bratislava. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is pale gold, light hazy. Aroma is malty, bready, bit spicy hoppy. Taste is light to medium malty base, bready, bit yeasty, caramel, soft carbonation, very nice, fully enjoyed.

Keg at Pivo, Old Street. Aroma is malty with a slightly sour edge. Hazy murky light brown. Thiickkk foamy off-white head. Light-medium bitter. Earthy. Light yeasty sweetness and some spice. Medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Earthy is the term that really springs to mind.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear honey-gold with a foamy, white head. Lovely grainy biscuity malt character, light grassy bitterness, sun-kissed straw. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Dry bread in the finish, more biscuits, husky grain and grass, dirty hay. Great stuff.
