We are named after the silver carp, the very fat fish roaming the rivers and lakes of Europe. Its shape resembles the body of one our brewers after he quit rowing. With all the fat he gained the nickname Lobik came included. From the look of things the whole team will earn the nickname rather soon.
The goal of the brewery from the very beginning has remained the same. It means making the beers we like to drink. Admittedly it means they are a bit heavy on the alcohol and complex with its tastes. Consequentially it means we use the highest quality of ingredients. Anyway, enough about us. We just hope you like our beers and drink them with the joy we do!

On tap at Lajbah Ljubljana. Pale golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, bready and light grassy nose. Bready, grainy, some cereals and light grassy with bitterish finish. Crisp.

Tap, Lajbah. Quite hazy yellow, thinner white head. Nice cirtusy nose upfront, some sweet notes in the back - quite fruity. Milder bitterness upfront, but gets a bit more pronounced. Tart finish and lasting bittery aftertaste. Light and summery fresh.

Tap, Lajbah. Thick, pink-blueberry colour, chunks floating around, tiny head. Nice fruity nose, lots of ripe banana and some milder blueberries. Gentle soury start, some sweetness and slightly tart fruity finish. Milder aftertaste. Full smoothie body. Very lovely.
EB: new hop alert. Some citrus fruity notes of grapefruit and satsuma, touch of lime, some tropical vibes, nice hop spice, malty backing, balanced bitter hoppy close. Interesting new hops, tasty.
