We are named after the silver carp, the very fat fish roaming the rivers and lakes of Europe. Its shape resembles the body of one our brewers after he quit rowing. With all the fat he gained the nickname Lobik came included. From the look of things the whole team will earn the nickname rather soon.
The goal of the brewery from the very beginning has remained the same. It means making the beers we like to drink. Admittedly it means they are a bit heavy on the alcohol and complex with its tastes. Consequentially it means we use the highest quality of ingredients. Anyway, enough about us. We just hope you like our beers and drink them with the joy we do!

Bright fresh fruity exotic fruity with notes of mango and papaya, pineapple, citrus rind, minerals, sweetish malts, solid hoppy finish.
Styrian hop forward with a mix of tropical fruity and herbal hoppy notes, some mango and pineapple, with some herbal elderflower and grassy weed notes, straw, grass, sweet malty support, more green grassy herbal hoppy action into the finish. Interesting.

Can, Lokalka. Celar golden, notlasting white head. Medium hoppy sweet nose, fruity and flowery. Medium bitterness, grassy and tart in the finish. Mild aftertaste. A bit watery body. Not the best one.

Can, Lokalka. Extra hazy yellow golden, larger foamy white head. Nice sweet fruity nose, tropical with citrusy back, very gentle and some lemongrass. Medium mild bitterness, some mild sweetness. Hoppy finish and lasting afetrtaste. Light, fresh, lovely and hoppy.

Can, Lokalka. Extra hazy pale yellow golden, larger white head, foamy and ok lasting. Nice hoppy fruity nose, sweet and citrusy. Medium bitterness, quite hoppy and sharp. Especially in the finish. Lasting aftertaste. Medium light body. Decent.
