Nice imperial stout, the brett really adds here without overdoing. Subtle funky sour, some wood and booze from the barrel.

Clear dark brown beer, creamy beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty sweet, some vanilla, milk chocolate, caramel, sugary goodness. MF: sweet start, caramel, malty, some roasted malts, bit of coffee, lots and lots of chilli peppers. Aftertaste: all chillies and a bit sweet. Way too spicy, too bad. And I'm a chilli head, so go figure.

Taste: soft roast, bit smoky, lots of overripe fruits, some vanilla, very roasted, a bit off. Aftertaste: bitter hops, very roasted, sourish, some red wine notes, lots of tannins, dry finish.

Taste: pretty sourish start, bit lemony, some actual overripe strawberries, acidic. Aftertaste: fruity, acidic, bit dirty, overripe fruits, some bitter tannins.
