Cask @ The Baum, Rochdale. Pale clear golden with a creamy head. Hoppy with some tropical fruit available in both aroma and taste, watery texture but remaining full enough tasting in the palate.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear light golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light toffee and citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a smooth, somewhat watery, caramel malt, juicy citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

(Cask at Harp, London, 16 Nov 2023) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with coffee, dark chocolate and liquorice. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, chocolate, liquorice, roasted nuts and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well made stout. Very nice.

Cask-conditioned at the Bridge Inn, Bristol December 2023. Near black in colour, with a tight, beige, head. Coffee character, some plain chocolate sweetness before a smooth finish with a toasty edge. Enjoyable.

Cask at the Pup & Duckling, Solihull. Poured a crystal clear medium amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is biscuit malt, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, rich, biscuit, light citrus, floral, big woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask handpull at Humphrey Bean JDW Tonbridge. Clear russet colour lasting beige head. Good ESB good balance of yeast malt and hop. Deep and full good malty fruit. Berries and hedgerow. Good condition. I liked it pepper hop finish. Good

Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 5th January 2024. Hazy amber with almost no foam or lace. Tangy tropical fruits aroma. Rich fruity blend of tangerine, apricot and candied peel. A finish of orchard fruits. Light body and a zingy mouthfeel.

Deep, dark brown, near black, with a creamy tan head and soft roasted malt on the nose. Medium bodied, nice roasted malt with coffee and some chocolate going on and a dry, slightly bitter finish
