Poured from 750mL bottle. Quite hazy dull orange with no head. Quite tart, almost has some tropical/plum quality, feint oak. Fairly acidic. Okay.

Bottle, 75cl, at Patricks. A mostly clear one, deep golden in color, with just a rim of white bubbles. Funky aroma with cellar, cork, biscuity malts, some berries and fruityness. Sort of vinous and orangey but very gently. It's tart, full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated, with a mostly fruity flavor. Less biscuity, tending more towards bread crust. Still, the funk and fruit has more room than the malts. Lasting fruity and tart finish. Can't really say I reckognized the sea buckthorn at any stage, but I guess they went for an amount where it doesn't take full control, which it easily can. A delicious and a bit weird beer. 230929

Shared bottle @ Patricks. Almost clear deep golden with a small, lacing off-white ring around the edge of my glass. Mild funky, fruity, acidic berries aroma. Taste smooth, mild sweet and acidic with citric fruit, sour berries, lemon and zest. Nice balance in both taste and body, smooth and tasty.

Shared bottle @ Patricks. Clear golden body with almost no head. Aroma is acidic berries with wood and funk. Taste is smooth with balancing acidity, red berries, mild lemon, oak and funk. Balanced body with a long lasting, quite acidic aftertaste.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at Patricks. A clear, copper colored beer with some bubbles. Fuji, orange zest, lemon, red berries and some wheat in the aroma. It's medium to full bodied, tart and nicely carbonated, with a good sourness. Lemon, red berries, cellar, cherry and some orange juice in the flavor. Lasting finish. Delicious indeed. 230929

Amber and hazy, with no head. Tart, with a light berry fruit note. Mostly tart, however.
