500ml bottle from Cheese Etc, Pangbourne. Pressed in Autumn 2021, 6.3%. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, orchardy funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, core, some baked apple & caramel hints, with woody funk and mellow tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium-dry lightly tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 23/11/23. Clear light golden to yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is sharp apple, tannins, vinous, herb, hedgerow, light farmyard tones. Taste comprises apple skins, light farmy notes, herb, grains, tannins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad ... not sweet and well balanced.

30/10/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is floral, sweet apple, citrus, lightly perfumed and soapy. Quite sweet with moderate bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Light drying sweet finish.

500ml bottle, courtesy of Andy from Seven Trees Cider. Sparkling clear golden colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of apple, caramel, fruity, hint of funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, caramel, with some farmhouse funk and spicy earthy tannins. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, medium-dry earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from A Hoppy Place, Windsor. Aroma is dry with underlying sweetness. Clear light gold. No head. Light bitter. Peel. Followed by sweet, bit not overly sweet, juice. A hint of sherbert. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry ever so slightly astringent finish. Enjoyable.

Bladder bag at the 31st Ealing Beer Festival, Walpole Park, 15/07/22. Lightly hazed golden orange with a thin white cap that veers edgewards. Nose is bitter sweet apples, light caramel, hay bale. Taste comprises tangy apple pulp, apple skins, straw, light orchard wood. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Decent cider.
