This stout is really easy to drink, a bit watery, light notes of roasted malt, hop, few coffee, dry finish, typical for an Irish stout, 01.12.16, at Prélaz, purchased at one coop in Zürich.

Second round for this berr, never disappointed, trying it with a big pleasure, during the last wednesday, at home,enjoying the holidays. Solid stout, rich and well balanced, generous note of cacao, chocolate, coffee, roasty, bitterr, subtle, 06.03.24, at Epalinges, purchased at one coop, Brig.

It is not directly my kind of beer, the whisky hides the beer, smocked, sweet, malty, sugar, nice color of copper, one it is ok, 31.08.16, from one coop at Zürich, tasting it at Prélaz.

Yesterday, tasting this beer at the grottes Vallorbe with my son, cold and snowy day for the season. A classic beer free of alcool, brewed on the German way, more malty than the feldschlösschen version, dry and smooth, bitter, German hop.

It is not the most easiest style of beer to brew. This one is average, nice touch of caramel, malty, a bit metalic and watery, ok, 28.11.16, at Prélaz.

From one coop, easy to find, normally. Best before 11/23, enjoying this beer relax, at home, on sunday. Interesting pale ale, original, really dry and bitter with a touch of white grapes, champagne, dry hop, citrus, dry fruit, 25.03.24, at Epalinges.

In my opinion, it is a decent ale, refreshing, simple with nice touch of hop, some malt, a bit watery, I like this brewery, 18.11.16, purchased at one coop in Zürich, tasting it at Prélaz.
