16/12/2023. Bottle courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Bottled 28/1/2023. Batch 001. Gushing on opening. Pours hazy amber brown with a large frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, bready, slightly nutty, woody fruits, biscuit, hint of spice. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Quite smooth. Average to soft carbonation. Likeable.

Panda at home, thanks to the Ed Danlo, 19/11/23. Almost clear orange golden with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is herb, straw, grains, light caramel, clove, yeast esters. Taste comprises wheaten bread, caramel, grains, straw, clove, yeast strains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Pleasant enough for the style.

500ml bottle from Cheese & Wine Shop. Clear amber gold colour, big foamy white head and aroma of malt, resinous hops hint. Taste is malty, caramel, with some fruity, woody, hop and earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Cheese & Wine Shop. 5.1%. Slightly hazed pale gold colour, big foamy white head and aroma of wheat, candy, clove, banana, yeast. Taste is sweet, wheaty, with belgium yeasty notes, banana, clove, candy hint and some fruity bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying wheaty bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, roasted malt, dried fruits, with cocoa, chocolate, milky, and earthy nutty bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry roast bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Increasing bitterness to finish. Okay.
