(Draught at Foeders, Amsterdam, 15 Feb 2019) Golden amber colour with lasting, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, apricots and resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, resin, caramel, some apricots and a sharp citric, slightly metallic, bitterness. Fairly tasty, but a bit sharp and unbalanced. Still, quite nice.

Malty, fruity taste with chocolate, coffee, cherries, red fruit and a mild roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty, but mainly chocolate and cherries. Quite nice,

Bottle at home. Slightly unclear amber with small white head. Sweet malts, strawberry syrup, grain. Sweet and sugary and quite bitter too. Medium body and low carbonation. Bottle shared at KJUBZT June ‘19. Hazy brown with a tan head. Aroma of booze, alcohol, huge green apple, caramel and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

KJUBZT tasting June 2019. Clear brown colour. Big light brown head with good retention. Aroma's: green apple and solvent, glue. Retronasal it's the same but worse. Flavour s moderate sweet and glue. Medium bodied. Undrinkable.

75cl Bottle from Slijterij Saendyck. Deep brown colour, beige head. Aroma of the dreaded green apple, some candy, dark fruits. Flavour of green apple skin, brown sugar, candy, dark fruits, wood, it's just slightly off. Medium bodied. Too bad, Barrel 01 and 02 were more than decent.

Bottle shared at Zaandam tasting. Almost clear deep amber with beige head. Green apple, roasted malts, booze, sherry, caramel, acetone, flowery. Over medium sweet, medium bitter, light tart. Over medium bodied.

Bottle at KJUBZT. Aroma of boozy rum, caramel, malt, green apple, oak and mild tart. Taste has lots of green apple, caramel, boozy rum, oak, oaky tannine and malt. Too much green apple.

Blond colour with fluffy head. Aroma is mild and a little yeasty. Flavour is fresh and light with some wheaty and grassy notes. Finish has a light fruity perfume.
