Bottle shared at THT March. Dark brown. Cardboard, sweet malts, boozy, cognac, caramel, toffee. Over medium sweet, boozy bitter. Nice, but needs to be shared.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een goudgeel bier met een witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een hoppige geur. De smaak is hoppig, gistachtige en wat grapefruit achtig.

33cl Fles uit een borreldoos. Amber-bruine kleur, vaalwitte kraag. Ruikt naar donker fruit, kruidig, caramel, hint van kruidnagel en kaneel. Smaak is medium zoet tot zoet, moutig, donker fruit, wat kruidig, rozijntjes, redelijk droog en bitter. Medium body. Prima Quad.

Thuis uit een flesje, gekocht bij de uitstekende Bierwinkel in Alkmaar. Gouden licht troebele kleur, roomwit schuim. Redelijke tripelsmaak, zacht, niet heel uitgesproken. Aardig.

Hazy golden with a big white head. Hoppy tropical fruit aroma. Sweet taste with a bitter finish. Remarkable mouthfeel and depth for such a modest ABV beer. Well done.
