(Draught at Gollem Craft Beer, Amsterdam, 25 Aug 2022) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of apricots, orange peel, caramel and honey. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, apricots, orange peel, honey and a mild citric bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Almost no head; hazy red-amber beer. Marzipan, white chocolate and red fruit. Strange... Faraway lactic nose. Woody, again chocolate - not necessarily white again - and red fruit on wood. Dry finish. Not very sour, but no hint of excess sweetness. Light acidthinning, medium bodied at best, medium carbonation. Bit unsettling but certainly not bad.

Fles uit adventskalender, thuis geprobeerd. Het is een helder donkerbruin bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een aroma van rozijnen en rum. De smaak is vol, warm, caramel en rum achtig.
