My 9,100th unique beer tick. Draft at The Hall at Occidental in Seattle. Hazed pale gold pour. Creamy white head. Mild citrus aroma. Bready malt flavor is balanced by light tropical fruit notes. Pineapple, lemon, orange and grapefruit. Medium bodied and smooth. Light and flavorful.

On tap at WABF 2026, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out melony hops, some pine, and dank oiliness. Flavour is full of bright, dank, oily resinous hops, some pine, and biscuity malt. Dank, oily, resinous; well-balanced. Excellent.

12 oz. can, pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out full dark roast coffee, followed by the vanilla beans, and some charred oak to round things out. Flavour is robust, with very rich dark roast coffee, accentuated by vanilla beans, big bourbon barrels, and charred woody oak. Some nice dark sugars in there with can be felt on the aftertaste especially in conjunction with big vanilla beans. Solid enough malts, with appropriate balance of the adjuncts and pleasant barrel character—sugars could be dialed back a tad. Very good.

On tap at Elizabeth Station. Pours a slightly hazy blonde with a white head. Bright pine, dank oils, and sweet pale malts on the nose. Flavour has dry pine, dank oila, floral grass, and some bright, tangy NZ hop notes in the background; crisp cracker malt base. Great IPA, vibrant hop expression.

On tap at Urban Family, pours a clear amber brown with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of campfire smoke, bread malt, and a hint of caramel malt. Flavour is dry, with gentle campfire smoke (not close to the level in, say, Aecht Schlenkerla), with bready malt and almost no residual sweetness. Pretty timid for a rauchbier, but pleasant enough.

Poured from 355mL can (2025 vintage). Poured from 473mL can. Hazed amber brown with small off white head. Woody toffee malt, light rye underlay, very feint citrus hops and dark dried fruits. Quite nice.

Aroma: roasty, oak, a bit of whiskey notes.
Taste: pretty sweet, a lot of dark sugars, wouldn't assume it has this taste based on the aroma.
Overall: enjoyable, but lacks barrel character.

Poured from 355mL can (2025 vintage; 12.3% abv; canned Nov 2025). Very dark brown with minimal off white head. American whiskey barrels with very feint background charred peat, dark sugars, decent.
