Medium sweet flavour with simple bready malts, biscuits, subtle caramel, a bit of dough. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet, bready and biscuity finish, nips of sun-kissed pale grains. Tasty, easygoing fare.

Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, soft pale cereal grains, more biscuits, a little dough and white bread, hay. Tasty, easygoing.

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours an almost clear light golden colour with a medium sized creamy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, toasty bread, light floral and shrubs. Taste has toasty grains, toasty bread, more floral and shrubs and also a light medicinal note. Some light grass and a touch of sweetness on the finish. Well balanced. Medium body, fairly low carbonation and smooth oily mouthfeel. Maibock is not one of my favourite styles of Beer but this one is very good. Nice.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light lemon and cooked corn. Grassy bitter taste, with a sweet malt edge. Lemon linger.
