Pale blond colour with thin head. Strange thick, oily texture. Really thick. Aroma of citrus and passion fruit. Tangy taste at first, quite citrusy. Gets harsh in the finish. I think it's a salty chilli pepper burn. Not nice.

Kerstbier Festival. Slightly hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of herbal and grassy hops, pale malt. Taste of pale malt, grassy and citrusy hops, herbs.

Pâle, col crémeux blanc.
Arôme sur un nez ester banane - est-ce bien une gose? léger épicé perce timidement.
Palais sur une base assez ester-banane, ce que je trouve bizarre pour une bière vendue comme une gose, petite note épicée du piment qui reste très modéré et revient plus en fin de bouche. Léger fruité tropical, un peu sur le fruit de la passion avec ce côté acidulé. Petite rondeur en fin de bouche, vers un effet purée d'abricot. Pour une gose, je n'ai pas noté le volet minéral. Le tout reste correcte.

Can. Cloudy golden, offwhite head. Herbal hops, tropical fruit, fruit candy aroma. Herbal hoppy flavour, slightly perfumy tropical fruit. Long herbal hoppy finish.

Deep dark brown beer with orange highlights; small dark-cream head. Sweet, chocolate, mocha, I pralines /I, plywood. Dry coffee, pipe tobacco, again plywood; bit hazelnuts - but overyear ones. Medium bodied, bit slick. Very dry; good carbonation. Not half bad, but certainly not stellar. Txs to Stef!
