Single from the Brew Shop in Arlington. Pint glass at home. Hazy, still, drab, pale orange, quick soda fizz. Veggie, fennel-y nose. Bittersharp, very phenolic apple juice. Chem burn. Dusty with noticeable clove. Mild apple sauce & light mango puree sweetness. Plastic & veg. Half flat, a bit yeasty, whatever abv. They've never made a good cider.

Single from Whole Paycheck. Pint glass at home, post hurricane 4 weeks, tired of using Solo cups. Forced floral Macintosh, sharp & iconic nose, white wine, probably back-sweetened. Taste is semi-sweet, leaning dry, dried pineapple sulfite strong, white wine, with a noticeable cinnamon spice note that doesn't seem possible. Vapid flavor. Slightly crispy, thin, very acidic, not all that tart. Sloshable with food but not very good.

Single from Whole Paycheck. Mojito lo-ball at home. Reeks heavy of sulfur/farts. It immediately filled the room. Super immature. Even ten minutes later, it's basically mushy fruit, light astringency & farts. Pale gold hazy, quick soda head then still. Cripsy, semi-sweet, pedestrian tart, Honeycrisp-like, not terrible. Ever slight astringency, mild Aspirin & sulfites, medium-low body, light lingering acid. Crushable if the farts ever went away. This brand is always iffy.

Had had a cider in bit so happy to grab. Golden pour with no bubbles and small soapy head that flattens quickly. Nose is syrupy apple. Tastes of rich green and red apples, some florals, and white wine grapes, touch of margarine. Syrupy texture. Not too sweet. Some booze present.

Keg at pour taproom buffalo. Pours clear golden, nose is apple, blackcurrant, taste is similar, sweet.
