Station draught, 1/26/23. Light haze. Pale golden. Big Brett and moderate tannin. Balanced oak. Excellent aroma strength. Clean. Strong Brett leading to moderate lacto but softening with vanilla and juicy oak on the finish. Funky indeed and with a wonderful Brett expression of band aid and light medicinal notes. Bone dry but not overattenuated - still an excellent structure.

Station draught, 1/26/23. Lightly to moderately hazy, deep golden-honey. Large head recedes to cover slowly. Juicy, seemingly sweet, wouldn't guess rum. Bit of spice and vanilla like tannin I guess. Clean. Sweet, juicy, almost citric with a hint of spice. Again, wouldn't guess rum. Clean, very simple. A bit sluggish in the finish. No alcohol noted.

Station draught, 1/26/23. Clear, very pale brass. That overly sweet applesauce Mac is unmistakeable here. In all it's mushy, soft, sugary glory (I HATE macintosh apples). Soft, quite nicely acidic up front with almost a wine like character, definitely light lactic notes. Good attenuation and balance. Done very nicely. Clean and no alcohol.

Station draught, 1/26/23. Clear, mom mal carbonation. Warm brass. Lightly sweet, a bit of brown sugar. Doesn't smell very light. Maybe that's the tropical character? Clean though with great juiciness and a bit of mineral in there on the end. Light, some papery tannin but excellent structure with appropriate sweetness throughout. Quite juicy but still drinkable with rounded acidity. Bit of mineral and tropicality lingering. Very clean, no alcohol noted.
