Four packie from Whole Paycheck. Cheaper than Appalachian. Well shit... Stemless wine glass @home. Looks like a flat n hazy ipa. Honey orange & uniformly murky. No big sulfur bomb this time. Earthy yeast slurry, apple pomace, dust, stale pepper, something starting to rot in the background. Clay, chalk, ground up apple skins & core, yeast cake, white grape must, hay. Lingering pith. Sand, can you recall what sand tastes like? Just before it completely dries out, you get hit with a random tropical fruit note, like papaya. I feel like this is reminiscent of drinking a cloudy sake. Strong acid, okay tartness, thick yeast milkshake. Mellow alcohol. This sat on the cold porch for weeks & doesn't want to settle. Different approach to being dry. Just a little messy. Okay & almost good.

$3.99 can from Whole Foods. I despise having to buy 4/6 packs to try anything, so thanks. Lo-ball glass @home. Clear, superfine, pale gold. Stinky. Big whiff of sulfur/eggs on the pour. It settles down but doesn't quite go away. A soft corn cereal sweetness melts in between the farts. Something happened here. Taste is sharp, mildly sweet, a bit tropical, like fruit punch. Bitter apple core, ripe papaya, Cherry Lifesaver. Tastes backsweetened. I can taste a very boring, yeasty base behind everything. Wild cider doesn't taste like this. Thin, crispy, light, easy, light suftites, light acidity, more so tart, okay booze. Something off here, but it drinks good cold when you've had a few. Just blame it on the dog.

16oz can at Moon Bar in Boston. Poured a clear golden yellow with a small, fizzy white head. Aroma was pleasant apple. Flavor was semi-dry, with a tinge of sweet fresh apple sweetness.

Nice to be back in cider country. Seemed a nice festiv drink for Christmas Eve. Fairly bright yellow. Nose is rich apple pie more than expected. Tastes of pie filling, lots of white grape, some Riesling, and grass. Tart and funky finish.

Can from 7-11 Brilliantly clear light gold in color with a good sized bubbly white head that quickly recedes. Huge sulfur on the nose when first opened luckily that mostly dissipated. Tart apples and some sulfur come through in the flavor. Light carbonation
