Description
The brewing industry in Grünbach has been documented since the early 18th century with the brewing law of 1723. After an eventful history, Herman Noll took over the brewery under the name of Schloßbrauerei Grünbach. In 1990 son Alexander took over the brewery in the third generation. After the year 2000 Alexander Noll started to look for a partner in order to be able to cope with the challenges of the beer market and also recognize the potential of the brewery in order to be able to continue investing in brand revitalization and expansion together. In 2013 this partner was found in the Arco-Bräu in Moos.

Aroma hvetemalt, krydder, banan. Utseende uklar gulorange med hvitt skum. Smak banan, kullsyre, krydder hvetemalt. Fyldig og fruktig. Flaske på Hamna og Bier med DjOeye, 50cl 5,1%

Munich 2018. Thank you Jonas! 500 ml. bottle sampled. Hazy orange, creamy white. Nose is sweet banana, sorbet. Taste is vanilla, sugar, interesting desert & vanilla banana wheat, very simple but solid.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle. Cloudy golden, high carbonation, big fluffy offwhite head. Minerallic grainy nose. Medium light body, chalky, minerallic, grainy, dry clove, paper, watery finish. I Don't think Benno Scharl would approve of this beer.

Bottle from systembolaget. A very average weisse hell. A nice fresh beer in any case

Flaska från SB. Grumligt gyllengul vätska med lätt fingertjockt skum, som snabbt avklingar. Lätt doft av skumbanan och deg. Låg örtighet i smaken. Hade hoppats på en lätt syrlig avslutning men den infinner sig inte.

Tåkete lys brun med høyt hvitt skum. Lukter banan, gjær, urter og hvete. Alt hva man kan forvente av en god urweisse. Middels fylde. Søt smak, banan, hvete og urter.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong, malty-yeasty, some moldy-soapy hints, not too intense. Fine fruity notes of apricot, mild bitterness. Well balanced finish. Nice!

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a lively and fizzy head. Very yeasty nose, loads of banana and clove. Medium body, sulphurous, kinda sweet, loads of yeast again but ends dryish. Solid for the style. 250918
