Bottle 500ml.Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light caramel, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, fruity, bubble gum. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity, bubble gum, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131229]

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes braunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, röstmalzig, leicht fruchtig würzig. Geschmack hefig, leicht würzig, leicht fruchtig.

Süßlich-vollmundiger und sehr würziger Antrunk. Der Hauptteil ist sehr von dieser würzigen Note dominiert, und wäre die Hefe mit den leichten Weizenaromen nicht unterschwellig ein Bisschen zu schmecken, würde ich es für ein Export o.ä. halten. Diese Würzigkeit zieht sich mit ihrer Süße bis in den Nachgeschmack. Herbe ist nicht zu spüren. Auf der Zunge bleibt die (für mich) unangenehme, würzig-hefig-süßliche Note.

Schöne, orange-dunkle Farbe mit cremeweißem Schaum. Der Antrunk ist säuerlich erfrischend und angenehm hefig mild. Zum Hauptteil wird das Bier ganz leicht malzig-muffig, dabei leicht herb, was aber wieder angenehm ins Gesamtbield passt. Auf der Zunge bleibt eine frisch-weizige, leicht malzig-herbe Note zurück.
-->schönes süffig-frisches Weizen, aber irgendwie einen Tick zu wässrig! Aber im Sommer im Biergarten bestimmt ideal!!

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and fruity notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average bitter finsh. nice citrus notes. not a dunkel but a strong hefe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oily palate. Nice.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is estery. Fruity and bubblegum. Dry and bitter. Bubblegum and dry estery finish. Quite clear coloured, yet ABV moves this to a dunkelweizen it seems.

Bottle @ Johns, Århus newyear tasting. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, light yeast, light tartness, spice. Flavor is wheat, yeast, grainy, light sweet fruit, banana. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. 291213
