Can. Gold with a cm or so of white head. Light aroma of herbal hops and crackers. But there's a little more heft to the malt and a little more bite to the hops in the taste. It's clean and fairly dry. Not bad.

Bottle picked up from Craft Beer webshop, Parchim, Germany and had this at home Saturday 28th January 2023, drinking along with the live Senatsbock tasting again, we had a Chicken Tikka Masala Curry with homemade Onion Bhajis and homemade Garlic and Chilli Nan breads and Raita. Pours very dark brown in colour with a light beige head. Quite a hoppiness to this, in fact if I drank this and the previous beer ÜberQuell blindfolded I might have suggested BIPA rather than Bock, it's a very nice beer but I feel like it's strayed from the path a little. Roasty with a little chocolate malt, good beer.

500ml can at share. Pale golden pour, clear, white foamy head. aroma is grainy, bready, light hops. Taste is bready and full, grassy notes, crisp backend.

500ml can pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is nice light grain grassy hops. Taste is more of the nice grain corn and some grass.

Clear, deep golden color and a nice white head . Malty nose, cereals, hayish. Taste starts malty, caramelly, slightly bitter hoppy. Malty-hoppy finish, rather long.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 15.01.2024) im 2023-01 getrunken. Dieser hell bernsteinfarbende Bier ist überraschend ausgewogen was den Alkoholgehalt angeht. Bevor die Aromen von Bananen, fein säuerlicher Hefe und etwas Karamell deutlich werden muß dieser Weizenbock auf Raumtemperatur kommen. Ein richtig schönes Bier!

The HH-Alster challenge. Hazy, bright golden color and a nice white head. Lemony, citric with a nice bitterness and beer flavors. Good work.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 31.03.2023) im 2023-01 getrunken. Dieses rotgoldene Lager überrascht gleich mit einer deutlichen Aromen von Speck/Verkohlter Holzscheid. Ansonsten ist das Bier recht leicht. Am Gaumen zeigt sich eine feine Sauerteignote. Ein interessantes Bier!
