Test vom 23.9.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,11,12,11,8,11 - 11,00

[Bottled at Københavnske Øldage] Clear golden, no head. Surprisingly malt sweetness tops grassy hops, and the mouthfeel is rounded rather than crisp. Bready malt dominates. The finish is reasonably bitter though. Not the most pilsnerish german pilsner, but a good beer. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Zzzisch Edel Pils on 21 Aug 2006 at 02:52 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6. Original review text: [Bottled] Pale yellow. Grassy bready nose. Very dry with light-medium body. Soft and crisp, grassy and hoppy with rather bitter fiish. It certianly falls within the main track of German pilseners, but does not really excel. Very worthwile drinking though.
