Der Duft ist deutlich hefegeprägt mit überwiegend fruchtigen, aber auch dezent würzigen Aromen und einer milchig/sahnigen Note.
Im Geschmack findet sich diese Sahnigkeit auch wieder, zusammen mit Zitrone, etwas Banane und einer leichten Würzigkeit. Für diesen Bierstil deutlich auf der frischen und spritzigen Seite. Insgesamt ein Hefeweißen mit klassischen, aber feinen Aromen. Charakteristisch finde ich die feine Sahnigkeit, die dieses Bier interessant macht.

0.33l bottle from REWE Farnhammer Tittling. Clear golden body, fleeting white head. Skunk and then heavily earthy, vegetal aroma. Dry, lean taste, again earthy, peanut butter, vegetal. Just not appealing to me.

Bottle courtesy of Marko, had this in the company of Marko S Jonas and Ursula had headed off to bed, we had this Saturday 8th February 2025 at home, Manglham we had Lasagna and we're listening to ByteFM. Loz has made three different types of bread and she also made a Gooseberry Crumble Cake and Gooseberry Ice Cream, both great. Pours clear light gold with a small white head. Slightly unusual as it's a gluten free beer but passable, too many ratings to be very precise but ok.

Bottle at Café Wistleberg Finsterau in the company of Marko Jonas and Ursula Saturday 8th February 2025. Pours gold, good clarity with a white head. Soft mouthfeel, however there's a familiar alcohol free taint, a little metallic, dry finish, it's ok.

Bottle at Wistlberg. Clear golden. Heavy grain, sweetness. Same for the taste, combined with sticky bitterness.

Ziemlich eigenes Bier, mir gefällt es. Mustergültige Schaumkrone, feinporige und stabile; goldene Farbe; ganz leicht bernsteinfarben. In der Nase sehr getreidig, leicht strohig und kräutrig, grasiger Hopfen; im Geschmack kernig, malzig mit deutlicher Getreidenote, robuster Hopfen, trocken mit leichter Süße, schlanker bis mittlerer Körper.

500ml bottle [at 5.6%abv]. Opalescent, amber colour with average, creamy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, white (with a tendency towards off-white) head. Minimally toasty, mellow, caramel malty aroma with a doughy yeasty and yeasty fruity touch, hints of brioche, plum and honey. Taste is mellow malty and slightly yeasty fruity, hints of caramel, honey, plum, mildly bitter, minimally earthy, hoppy counterpart.
Watery texture, smooth and slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Balanced, harmonious, simple, a nice fruity touch - OK.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is wheaty with soft banana, bready notes, yeast. Hint of citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet with low bitterness. Medium body. Not bad.
