Clear orange blond beer, small creamy head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, some caramel, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet and very malty start, soft bitterness, some caramel, a bit grassy. Aftertaste: malty, sweet, some caramel, slightly sourish, more malts, meh. Not so convincing. Smelled better than it tasted.

Smooth mild beginning. Soft grainy, mild creamy with a floral dry and slightly bitter finish.

Clear deep purple to brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, good roast, hay, cow fodder, some chocolate. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: soft roast, bitter, a bit sourish, grains, some chocolate, a little bitter. Aftertaste: caramel touch, bitter, good roast, a little watery, soft acidity in the finish. Was expecting more of this Schwarzbier. A style you don’t see often, but can be very good. This one’s a bit too watery for me.

Taste: a little bitter, malty, some caramel, grains, some banana. Aftertaste: grains, bitter, a bit metallic, hoppy, a bit grassy, grains, sourish touch. Ok, not great.

Clear blond gold beer, small irregular white head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: a little malty, grains, very faint smell though, all in all. A hint of cardboard as well. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, grains, a bit sweet, some caramel malts. Aftertaste: malty, grains, a bit sweet, hay, cow fodder, a little sourish, rather boring, not a big fan. The Pils was much better.

Taste: malty start, grains, hay, cow fodder, hoppy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, grains, a bit sweet, a little bitter, hoppy, some cow fodder, nice pilsener! Aftertaste: very malty, grains, a bit sweet, clean malt bill, I like it!
