A - Pale yellow, minor cloudy appearance. This gushed slightly and kept gushing for some time after the first 2 pours.4 finger head in the glass, faded slightly.
S - smells incredibly yeasty! loads of honey, grass and lemon. A bit of rye and floral aromas.
T - Taste is pretty weak. Very spicy herbal and some tasty yeasty floral taste with a sweetness at the backend. I get a touch of brandy at the bak end
M - dry with an oily finish
O - This is a solid beer. I wouldn’t seek it out again but this is nice and has that SARA yeast character that I like a lot.

750 ml bottle. Aroma is slightly sulfuric with some baby poop character. Some light butter character with a moderately strong phenolic note. Light oak character and faint esters. Pours a cloudy, pale straw yellow with a large, somewhat thin white head that recedes quickly to a persistent film. A bit of a gusher. Flavor is similar to aroma but with more stone fruit and pear esters and a hint of brandy, Light oak, not much butter or sulfur. Medium light bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer but not a great beer. The aroma isn’t great, but the flavor isn’t bad. Not much brandy character though.

Bottle. I think this is batch 1...no label saying otherwise. enjoyed at 44F in HFS stemware.
A - Hazy really muted golden yellow 2 finger head, faded to a small lacing. really nice pour.
S - Nose is interesting. A hard boiled egg / egg yolk, oak, lemon graham cracker and angel food cake. slight fecal aroma but very faint.
T - A lot of doughy lemon zest, bread and yeasty brett funk with lemon and cool whip
M - Excellent body! Full bodied, insanely dry, great bottle conditioning so delicate.
O - This is a really good saison! I love the mouthfeel. wish I could have more.

Bottle @ Doodler. I got this in a BA trade. Pours a milky light yellow appearance with a white head. A touch cheesy, vanilla, bright lemon citrusy aroma. Moderately tart. A little grassy, funky, bright lemon/pineapple juicy flavor. Tart finish. Great.

Aroma has strong citrus notes. Also some tart, earthy notes and grapefruit. Flavour has strong lemon notes, grapefruit and lactic tones. Also some earthy tones typical to lambics on the flavour side – and sorbus. Not the most typical saison and rather weird but I seem to enjoy this. Could be a sour ale as well.

Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of tart bretta notes, funky yeastiness, ripe fruits, spices, earthy notes and grapefruit. Taste is grapefruity, funky yeasty and slightly sourish with notes of tart citrus, bretta and spicy vinegar. Finish is sourish, tartish and citrusy with notes of grapefruit and funky yeast, hints of bretta and vinegar. Quite complex, tasty and balanced sourish saison.
