0.75l bottle, thx Slaven! Hazy golden-orange, off-white head. Minerally, sweetish, bit peachy aroma, light herbal, phenolic notes, lightly citric, sourish, fresh. Lean, dry, tart, bit oaky aroma, low phenols, nectarine, smooth. Quite drinkable, well balanced, tasty!

TCBW2026. Yellow colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some floral, mild passionfruit with some mild funk and a bit wooden. Flavour is citrus, some passionfruit, wood, funk and mild spicy elements. Somewhat dry palate.

(Bottle, 0.75l, at Musta Kynnys, 20260519) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had tartness, grapefruit, wood and lightly vanilla. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, sourness, grapefruit, fruit stones, wood and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, fruity and bitter. A tasty sour brew reaching lambic territory.

0.75l courtesy of Mitrović, distracting us while judging in Split, hah. Hazy red body, pinkish to off-white head. Smooth red wine notes in the aroma, yeasty in an elegant way, light acetic note, grape candy. Smooth tart red grape/berry taste, lightly acetic, lactic acid notes, smooth before the tartness kicks in. BIt earthy, spicy, low warmth. Elegant but overpriced apparently.

Aromas are resin up front with malt, caramel, citrus and wet grain. Flavors are similar to nose. Well balanced bittersweet with good body and carbonation. Slightly bitter finish. Pretty good beer.
