We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique. We pull from our home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors by blurring the line between beer and wine. Bottle from Tavour: pours light orange with a white head. Aroma is nectarine, light wood and some funky yeast. Citrusy, some pleasant hoppiness. Quite good.

Просто очень чистое хорошее пиво с легкими нотами цитруса и хмелево-медовой ноткой. Хорошо конечно, но не понял почему такой высокий рейтинг у него.

5/9/2026. Bottle at the latest ITFC beer share. Bought at Radio City Social, Chelmsford. Good pour. Very lemony, rustic, moderately sour. Drying. One dimensional but enjoyable.

16oz can from Tavour. Cloudy amber pour, thin layer of silky, cream colored head. Malty, caramel aroma toasty. Taste comes in, all malts, creamy, full, sweet, then tapering off to a dry, mildly bitter finish.

Pours clear reddish magenta, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is sara bugs, berries, hint of yogurt. Flavor is quite light tart, medium funk, berries and yogurt. Medium body, zero carbonation.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle.
Aroma is fairly fruity with lots of peach and apricot notes. Hints of lemon and SARA funk. Light grain and alcohol notes. Faint earthy, herbal funk.
Pours a hazy golden orange with a medium large,. moderately thick, frothy, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers. Faint lacing and short legs.
Flavor is somewhat acidic with a light sweetness and light grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate peach and apricot notes. Light lemon and faint earthy, herbal funk.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid stone fruit satisfying, but I think Wisdom Is Learned is a better saison. Nice stone fruit notes, but it's a bit too acidic.
