Description
We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique. We pull from our home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors by blurring the line between beer and wine. We are brewers of big ideas in very small batches.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is moderately citrus forward with lots of grapefruit and light orange and lemon. Moderate dank notes and pine resin balance out the citrus. Light pale malt notes. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium, fairly thick white head with nice retention. Moderately high lacing with faint legs. Flavor is very nice with a slight sweetness and light malt character. Moderate citrus character with balanced resin and dank notes. Moderate bitterness, but definitely not too strong to overwhelm the soft malt notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation; nice, soft character. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall a really nice, amazing beer with great hop character that still allows some light malt notes to show through. Another nice DIPA from SARA.

Bottle thanks to Bruce. Batch 2. It pours cloudy pale golden with medium white head. The nose is fresh, orange peel, sherbet, wood, vanilla, tangy goodness and candied peel. The taste is crisp, tart, mild acidity, sherbet, orange peel, warming, wood, grapefruit and old fashioned lemonade with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. More of a sour/wild. Very nice.
