375mL bottle, pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma brings out lots of caramel, toffee, green apple, and brown sugar. Flavour is medium sweet, with brown sugar, toffee, caramel and a touch of green apple. Not the most complex ice cider, but it's certainly true to style. Very nice.

Golden colour. The nose is baked apples, some spices (the usual nutmeg and cinnamon you get with ice ciders) and of course some sugars. Sweet, sticky, with some acid in the finish. Not bad - not super complex but has all the basic elements of the style.

Sampled at a Farmer’s Market in Ithaca. Fine this very sweet. Well made dessert cider, no flaws detected, but just too sweet for my personal preference.

Sampled at a Farmer’s Market in Ithaca. Fairly sweet, but not overly so. Nice, string apple presence. Good drinkablity despite the high carbonation level. Enjoyable.

750ml at home. Pours slightly deeper gold than I thought some bubbles. Nose is light pears and citrus. Tastes of tart pears, light lemongrass, little sauvignon blanc, slight sugary residue as it warms. Tart and dry and zippy. Some sweetness at very end. Pretty good I was craving a perry this afternoon luckily I was able to oblige myself.

On tap @ Cardiff Giant. Wine glass pour. Bright, clear, deep golden body. Smell is fuming with sweet, tannic, intensely apple-y notes, almost as if it had been spiked with a little of their ice cider. Wet stone, white grapes, but mostly condensed apples. Awesome. Taste is snappy. Dry, but not bone. Served still. Super tart and acidic, big tannins and enough sugar to make me go back and forth. Can’t get enough of how sharp this can, while still maintaining enough of everything else. It burns going down, if that’s any indication. Ever slightly metallic. Alcohol is there, but it doesn’t interfere too much. Slight battle between bitter and sweet going down at the very end. Left me with puckery, yet sweet lips. Great. Best cider I’ve ever had from them.

Bottle. Crystal clear deep bright golden color, champagne head. Aroma of lemon rind, dried apple skins. Taste has apple flesh, light smoke, tannins, lemon, vanilla, dry finish. Very tasty. Carbonation makes the mouthfeel a bit harsh.
