Summer cider club bottle. A few months of fridge sleep before I bothered. Very lazy these days. Vetting, adding, drinking the whole 750 myself, rating...
Pint glass at home after a few boring beers on Friday Chatz...
Hazy, fizzy, pale gold pour, lingering body.
Very bitter, seedy, green, floral honey-laced pressed cider nose.
Frothy, upfront heavy on orange/tangerine oil, bittersweet skin, leafy, sawdust, honeycrisp grocery bite, lingering plastic, chalky bitter finish.
Thin body with a honey coating. Pedestrian tartness, enduring sharpness, lots of froth.
A little simple but drinks great.

750ml via their online club. Couple months in the fridge. Pint glass at home.
Dull amber, frothy pour. Why so frothy?
Twang, lots of skin, rose water, bold cherry juice - crab apple nose.
Tasting notes are on point, it does taste a lot like grilled pineapple with woody notes. Bit of veggie & oxidation that becomes more prominent & distracting as it warms.
A bit boozy & it pushes the faults more than the initial twangy flavor.
Nah.

Corked 750ml via Eve's bottle club. Couple month's in the basement, day in the fridge. Pint glass at home.
Clear, pale amber, weak lace pour.
Earthy, honey, new leather nose. Fresh but slightly subdued.
Constructive tartness upfront. Sweet cherry & bittersweet apple, leaf mulch, faint vanilla, gum, apple skin astringency on the tail.
Off-dry leaning dry. Eve's only leaves a bit of sugar in a few bottles, rather they usually ferment dry & water down. Thin with a textured finish.
Intentionally still but there's still some bubbles from agitation.
Great. I want to rate this higher.

Bottle from their summer cider club. Sleeping on the shelf & a few days in the fridge. Stemless wine glass at home.
Pale faded gold, translucent, bubble pour.
Confectionary, earth, vanilla oak, gentle sweet pear nose.
Bittersweet leaning sweet, very smokey, initially off-putting plastic phenols that eventually die down, sharp kiwi, odd vanilla, slight savoriness on the tail.
Nicely acidic & tannic, incredible bubbles, slightly sour finish.
A little stiff but could be good with age.

Corked 750 from their spring bottle club. Sleeping for a bit till today. Pint glass at home.
Clear, pale, still, iced tea pour.
Veggie, yeastie, lightly sour citrus nose.
Oak, veg & unsweetened tea. Slightly floral skin. Strong acidity, sharp, lingering tartness, but missing some character.
Intentionally still. Okay to good-ish.

Corked 750 from their spring bottle club. Pint glass at home a few months later once I got around to it.
Clear, golden amber, a tiny little bit of noticable carbonation.
Very oaky, macerated, long perceived tannins on the nose.
Taste is lemon, oak, berry, watery tannins, oxidized pineapple, lingering citrus peel.
Thin, moderately astringent, strong acidity, good strength for only 7%. A bit watered down.
Albee Hill feels with some here & there boldness.
Good.

Latest vintage, always completely different blend, via their seasonal subscription.
Mojito glass at home. Intentionally still, pale gold, settled, sweaty glass.
Fruity, mulchy, soft berry, cedar nose.
Fruity, lightweight, sweet apricot, obvious goldrush apple, wine-y, subtle tannins. This is so different from last year.
Thin, creamy, strong for 7.5%.
Good again.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers! Aroma of apple and citrus. Taste of apples with a hint of the tropical fruit, but did not get the grapefruit. Lots of apples and aftertaste of apple core. Nice and drinkable.

Bottle from their seasonal shipment. Wasn't keen on back to back to back russet ciders so we've taken our time & had a few weeks of palate cleansers. Mojito glass at home. Clear, bright, pale gold, very active. Light oak, rounded apricot, fumy hot nose. First sip is acidic & harsh. Super earthy. Floral, dried apricot, dried apple slices, sour & dried pineapple slices, all that sulfite dust at the bottom of the pouch. Majorly astringent, sharp, waxy, potent; bold. I love it for how big it is, but can't seem to just like it enough to casual sip it.

Four of four on my Eve's Golden Russet tour, if a few months late. Stagnating in the fridge for 4 or so months. Pint glass at home. White-wash soda head, quick fade. Pale gold pour, dusty but not opaque. Oaky, pear skin, prosecco, veggie, stiff yeast nose. Very waxy, pear sweetness, oak, veggie bitterness, Russet skin, fennel, plastic, good rice. Textured, medium-light body, strong fizz, very boozy.
Strong & lovely.
