Tap at the place. Lightly grey cloudy golden, white lace. Relatively neutral aroma, light almond , medium light chewy body, a bit grainy, doughy, ok hop counterpoint. Pleasant enough certainly had worse “full-fat” lagers.

Tap at Airbräu. Cloudy golden. Herbal, tea, bergamotte, hops. Full, fluffy, not too sweet, crunchable. Some banana but yes I like.

Sweet, malty and slightly stuffy with some earthiness, ripeish fruitiness and bready notes. A bit heavy.

At the brewpub with JFE and Bernt before travelling onwards to Freising and Bamberg. Orange amber. Diminishing head. Aroma and taste of sweet malt, coriander, wheat, green bananas and herbs. Not great.

Tap at Airbräu. Amber cloudy golden. Metallic, malt, bread. Fizzy, front heavy. Juicy, crunchy. A tiny bit oxidised. Still drinkable.

0.5 liter draft at the Airbräu Munich, Germany airport location. The pour is a cloudy golden with a well formed two inch white head, which was quite lasting. The aroma is fresh straw malt, touch of fruit sweetness and a general herbal type character. The taste is a blend of the straw, the malt, somewhat chewy and finishes with a bit of the herbal. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation, unfiltered mouth feel and cleanish finish. Decent.
