On tap at Munich Airport Terminal 2/Central area, Thursday 6th September 2018 Pours golden with a nice glow, large white head and nice aroma. Tasty, simple beer, a light sweetness, nice soft carbonation, a touch of vanilla. Very nice. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is classic Helles sweetness and a touch of noble hops, lightly bready. Taste is very bready, grainy, rather sweet, not the cleanest finish. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Alright, a bit too grainy.

Flying out of Munich? Gotta get your rates where you can. 40cl pour comes a mostly clear gold with some frothy, white head. Nose ain't great, malt, heavy corn, some dough, a little plastic. Flavor is better though, cracker, grist, lemon, straw, corn. Finishes lightly bitter and dry.

Tap. Hazy orange-amber color with surprisingly small creamy eggshell head. Aroma is grainy, earthy, spicy yeasts, no bananas really. Taste is milky, straw, bananas, cream, mineralic. Mineralic mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not great.

Smell of malt. Cloudy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of malt, grain, bread, a slight hoppiness in finish. Very malty. Very soft in flavours. Sweet with some bitterness. More of a heavy helles than German pils. Excellent nonetheless.

Smell of banana, yeast, citrus. Cloudy orange colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, malt, some banana and citrus. Nicely fresh compared to other weizens. Sweet. Wild carbon. Thick texture. Semi-light body.

Bottle at Airbrau, 16/07/17. Clear golden with a decent off white head that retains well. Nose is pale malts, straw, mellow citric peel, malt forward nose. Taste comprises freshly cut grass, lemon rind, faint caramel, fruit esters, clean malt profile. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough clean drinking lager with a noticeable hop profile.

Tap at Airbrau, 16/07/17. Hazed orange with a well appointed off white head that retains well. Nose is orange peel, light yeast flicker, bready pang. Taste comprises more orange, very limited nana flavour, straw, bread, vanilla, light yeast esters. Medium to light bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for the ABV but a little thin overall.
