Pounder: Honey and pecan nose, orange underneath. Hazy amber, fine floaties, medium head. Honey, watermelon jolly ranchers, lime. Medium body, easy carbonation. Disparate flavors don't mesh very well. Kind of a mess.

Weird, kind of like a Gose Oktoberfest beer, with a tart citric bite coupled with a modest but steady caramel sweetness. Caramel brings out strawberry and rhubarb notes from the sour lacto finish, which adds an appreciable depth to the pint. Not sure I'm in love with this flavor pairing, but it's better than I thought it would be.
