Description
We are a Cooperative Brewery in Belfast owned and run by our members. Opening our doors in 2014, we are the first brewery in NI to bring together modern US styles with the more traditional Belgian/French style beers.

They’ve been leading the way in their native Northern Ireland, specialising in excessively hoppy Pale Ales, decadent Stouts and barrel-aged Sours and Saisons. Utilising the legendary Simpson’s Malt, a broad variety of American hops and all yeasts great and small Boundary beer is always of the highest quality, full of exciting flavours and packaged in beautiful cans.

440ml can @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury after a ride up Pont Scethin. Pours a misty gold, white head. Aroma has a gentle floral tropical side. Good, nicely fruity pale overall, not overly sweet, not overly hoppy but has good balance. Decent.

Keg at BrewDog Soho, 05/04/24. Black with a khaki cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is roast malts, chocolate biscuit, dark malts, charr. Taste comprises chocolate, dried fruit rinds, dates, charr, hint of red berries, toffee, roasted bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy enough straight up porter.

Half-pint, draught, shared with Finn at BrewDog Newcastle. Clear late straw coloured body, covering white head that gave fair lacing on the glassware. Moderate ripe fruity nose. Carefully flavoured with noble hops, bread, and grass. Subdued malt-fruity end. Clean on the swallow. Satisfying. (Newcastle upon Tyne, 19.03.2024).

Keg at BrewDog Waterloo, 20/03/24. Hazed orange topped with a white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, hedgerow, melon, light tropical fruits. Taste comprises bitter orange, herb, papaya, guava, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with grassy hop bitterness. Comes over a touch herbal and not so clean. So so. DJ DJ DJ.
