Forni di Sopra, anno 2008, Dolomiti Friulane… tutto nasce qui. E qui continuerà a svilupparsi, tra sperimentazione ed applicazione al servizio di quest’arte antichissima.

Nel nostro laboratorio birraio dalla capacità produttiva di 2.000 litri di mosto al giorno, creiamo numerose specialità brassicole, senza compromessi nella scelta della miglior materia prima disponibile. Senza scegliere microfiltrazione, pastorizzazione o altri artifizi che aumenterebbero la shelf life dei nostri prodotti, ma diminuirebbero al contempo caratteristiche organolettiche e freschezza.

La birra artigianale è una goccia di natura e dà il proprio meglio quando ne rispettiamo la stessa freschezza, attraverso l’accortezza nella conservazione e nel servizio, richiedendola in minor quantità, ma più frequentemente.

Keg at GBBF �17, day one, 08/08/17. Pink with a crimson head. Nose is tangy cherries, light brett, grains, damp straw. Taste comprises cherry skins, red grape must, dungy notes, funk, grains, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok mellow sour.

GBBF Day 1. Keg. Hazy pinky red beer, small pink head. Palate is light and has good minerally carbonation. Nice tangy cherry, some Morello in there. Light crisp finish. Simple and tasty fruit beer.

Tap @So Good (Rome). Misty golden pour, truly cloudy. Medium off-white frothy foam. Nose: malty pils notes, pinch of grass and malty grains again. Mouth is quite watery with a good and round crackery taste. It ends pretty dry with a medium sweet after taste.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 3. A almost clear bright reddish orange beer with a small most good lasting light pink head. Aroma of sweet cherries, some sugar, low tartness. Taste of soft tart cherries, sweet cherries, fresh, nice.

Tap @So Good (Rome). Golden hazy (hay-like) with a white foam. Nose is softly grassy, malty, cookies. Mouth is clean, malty, easy and bitter. Good

Keg @ GBBF ’17. Pours bright red, thin white head. Aroma has good cherry presence. Taste similarly, with a good deep cherry character and added soft wild funk complexity. Very lightly tart with a subtle sour element. Decent.

On tap at GBBF 2017. Hazy red pink colour lasting pink head. Good funky cherry aroma. Some decent cherry wuld flavour. Light easy drinking. Loved it.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 1. 08/08/2017. A light hazed pink red coloured pour with a lasting pink head. Aroma is nice bretty funk, peach, cherry, mellow funk. Flavour is composed of tart cherry, woody, brett, low funk. Palate is semi sweet, tart, moderate carbonation decent.

Keg at GBBF. It pours clear bright red with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, fruity, tangy cherry, cherry tunes, candy cane, tang and sour candy. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, sugary, sweet - sour, sherbet, candied orange, granny smith apple, candy cane, barnyard and funk with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh and tangy. Not bad.

Bottle @ Cafe San Marco. Notes of belgian yeast, mild spices (white pepper, clove), grain and pear. Refreshing!
