Handpump @Bir&Fud (Rome). Pours black with a medium cappuccino head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, milk, coffee, amazing. Flavour is perfectly balanced, chocolate sweetness with a perfect bitter end, coffee in the aftertaste. Full body, light carbonation. Very good, refined.

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Pours golden with a medium to little white head... Aroma of malt, bread crust, some cereals, grass, yeasts, some off-flavours. Taste is balanced, light sweet with a medium bitter end. Medium body, medium to light carbonation. Not good.

On tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Cloudy dark golden going brown (the brown sugar?), tick creamy head. Nose: orange, citric, floral. Mouth: a bit sweet start, rich middle malty character, cinnamon cake, super dry finish a little bitter. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught @ Lambiczoon, Milan. Pours slightly hazy red with a small pink head. Aroma is light sour, some candy like sweetness, tart fruity, raspberry, tart cherries. Flavor is rather sour, wet wood, candy, tart fruity, raspberry, cherries, some basement notes, dusty, light vinegar. Thin to medium body, average carboantion, acidic finish. 121215

Clear warm golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops and tropical fruits. Light bitter hoppy flavour, fruity, light sweet malts. Light sweet finish, malts, tropical fruits, hops and straw.

On tap at EurHop 2015, gladly shared by Mortlach. Grazie. Pours reddish deep cloudy, decent white gassy cap. Nose or red fruits, strawberry, candies. Mouth: milt tart sourness, fresh mint with strawberries and cherries but that sweet note does not convince me. Below expectations but definitely a great beer.

On tap @EurHop (Rome). Pigeon’s blood color with a little white head. Aroma of cherry, red fruits, lemon, mentuccia, very nice. Flavour is well balanced, light sweet with a good sour end, tart. Medium body, medium to light carbonation. Very good sour!

At Villagio Della Birra 2015.Very dark brown to black color, bubbly brown head. Roasted, ash scent. Chocolate, ash taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Chocolate aftertaste.
