12oz bottle pours with a nearly clear copper gold body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up spicy hops, spicy yeast, pear and then faint syrup like honey. The taste delivers smooth sweet apple and pear notes. It stays somewhat smooth and unwavering right into the finish. Nice triple with virtually no sense of the ABV.

Light amber color. Resin hoppy aroma of a pale ale. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium hop bitterness. Not like a tripel at all, more of twist on a pale ale. The high alcohol content was not noticeable in the flavors.
