Vom Faß im Jing A Taproom, Peking. - Orangegelb, leicht trüb, lockerer Schaum. - In der Nase schöne Grapefruit und Mango. - Im Antrunk gut herbe Grapefruit(schale), abgemildert durch mild süße Mango. Gut rezent, angenehm mineralisches Mundgefühl. Im Abgang beträchtliche, trocken-harzige Hopfenbittere. - Unkompliziert aber ordentlich gehopft und gut bitter: ein angenehmes Pale Ale.

On tap at Roundhouse Taproom. Almost clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of fruit, light spices, some bread and grass. Fairly light and with a medium bitterness.

On tap at Roundhouse Taproom, Hong Kong. Hazy amber with a white head. On the sweet side with grapefruit, caramel and some malt. Also hints of resin. The finish was fairly bitter.

Beertopia 2015 #6 translucent dark amber pour. Dense head. Sweet bready malt with some fruit hops. Taste is heavy malt and booze with some dark fruity hops. Tasty but overly malty for my taste.

Pours hazy and pale. Aroma has some hops but not really much. Taste is about the same - not bad, not really unbalanced or anything bad, just not too exciting. Drinks good, would really like to try this fresh from the brewpub.

Pours a bit hazy, little foam, flat. Aroma is spicy, ginger. Taste is not bad, quite a lot of ginger but dry, lasting lingering ginger bitterness. Not bad but sort of biased towards ginger too much.

Pours pale, hazy, whitish. Thin layer of foam, goes away in seconds. Aroma is soft, not much going on, simple. Taste has a bit of sourness from wheat, pretty simple and not overly exciting. Some lingering wheat sourness in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Minerally nose, citrus, grapefruit. Thin and metallic and light. Probably past its prime.

Bottled. Cloudy golden orange. Huge spicy nose, like ginger. fruity flavor, rich malt, ginger and spices. Good, solid body. Too spicy.

Bottle. cloudy blonde, hazy. Nose is minerals, wheat, funky, earthy, spicy flavors of wheat and citrus. Ok.
