Draft at The Festival in Atlanta. Hazy golden yellow color. Nice tropical fruit aroma. Taste is softly sour lychee. Best Chinese Berliner weisse I’ve had in a long time.

Draft at The Festival in Atlanta. Dark brown pour beige head. Big smoke and burnt chili aroma. Taste is dark roast coffee and chili peppers, subtle heat. Very tasty.

Vom Faß im Jing A, Peking. - Schwarzbraun, schöner dunkler Schaum. - In der Nase kräftiges (Buchen)rauchmalz über warmem Dunkelmalz mit Mokka und Karamel. - Antrunk warm dunkelmalzig mit kräftiger Rauchnote und sattem Mokka. Vollmundig, sahnig weich und von komplexer Fülle. Leicht minziger Hopfen. Im Abgang nimmt leider die vorher nur angedeutete, leicht brennende Chili-Schärfe überhand und übertönt alles andere. - Wäre ohne den Chili ein richtig gutes Rauchbier. - .Akoholgehalt laut Karte 6,4 %.
