About

We brouwen ons bier volgens de slogan "Beer for Thought".

Bottle @ home. Murky yellow golden color. White-ish head, Aroma's: fruity, sweetish, tropical fruit. Retronasal it's tropical fruit, sweetish, dank. Flavor is moderate sweet, bready, fruity, light bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes caramellish and eventually moderate bitter. Nice, but not the best NEIPA, maybe a bit too sweet.

Hazy dull blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour have intense sweet tropical fruits. Also floral hop notes. Finish grows and grows in its level of bitterness as the alpha hops kick in. Low carbonation. Smooth and easy to drink.

Pours unclear blonde, medium small white head, above average lacing. Smell is fruity, rich. Taste is full, bit sharp ( typical session ) full malty back, with a more complex side of oat and wheat. Very refreshing. Extremely fruity and full. I gotta admit, this is one of the handfull NEIPA named beers that actually IS a NEIPA. Congrats, Roel. I'm impressed !!!

Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish spiced mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.
