The brewery is based on a farm in Great Hormead, East Hertfordshire. The focus is to brew modern styles, particularly highly hopped ales and fresh lagers.
The 1000L brewhouse allows for an ever-changing range of beers to be brewed. Each style will be pushed to its limits, with the evolution and development of new flavours.

Sample courtesy of Cheeseboard, cheers Simon! Coppery amber gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of caramel, grapefruit, peppery hops. Taste is malt caramel, tropical fruit, grapefruity citric, pine, with resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tangy hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Tight white head left a loose growth on a dark amber coloured body.
Resinous & malt aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth with a sharp dry back.
Malt, resin, over stewed fruit, grapefruit & citrus tastes with a bitterly hopped finish.
This is an old school IPA & not particularly trendy anymore - probably not to some people's taste - but it's excellent.

On tap at the Hole in the Wall, Brighton on 9th May 2025. Hazy pale gold with shallow white foam and scant lacing. Citrus peel and tropical fruits aroma. Tangy fruits in-mouth and a finish of sweet citrus. Just the suggestion of salt. Full bodied with an engaging texture.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, a mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thinnish malts, smooth though, a modest but appropriate sweetness. Crisp pine and nibbly hop spice. Slightly tangy hop fruits, pleasant all the same. Mild Strata passion fruit if you are looking for it. Touch of grassy skunk on the back end, along with a very mild bitterness. Tidy and goes down easy.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A very mild haze on this gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light and somewhat thin feeling malts but sweet enough. Cooling pine into juicy citrus, mildly ripe, a little candy fruits. Mild citrus peel. A little floral citrus. Small nip of hop spice on the pretty light finish. Not the best tasting dipa this week but, bloody light and dangerously drinkable.
