The brewery is based on a farm in Great Hormead, East Hertfordshire. The focus is to brew modern styles, particularly highly hopped ales and fresh lagers.
The 1000L brewhouse allows for an ever-changing range of beers to be brewed. Each style will be pushed to its limits, with the evolution and development of new flavours.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy amber body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of caramel, flower stems and strawberry laces. Flavour of toffee, stewed tea and mashed strawberry. Medium to full body with a slick mouthfeel. This is fantastic. It’s rich, hoppy and moreish. More red IPAs/DIPAs please!

Solid juicy DIPA.

Nose is grass, pine resin, dank chimes, stone fruit.
Taste comprises pissy green berries, pine resin, Nelson spike, papaya, lychee, stone fruit, gooseberries, white grape.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come danko NZ fuelled hop bitterness.
Solid Nelson powered IPA.

Keg at Liquid Dreams 26. Slightly opaque dark gold. Frothy foamy white head. Aroma has has resin and dankness and herbs. Flavourwise it amps things up. Bitter and dank. Peripheral sourness and herbs. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation l. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Good stuff.
