Description
Baron Brewing is a playground for beer, where no two batches are the same. Made for the fun and love of the process – the next beer will be the best beer.
The brewery is based on a farm in Great Hormead, East Hertfordshire. The focus is to brew modern styles, particularly highly hopped ales and fresh lagers.
The 1000L brewhouse allows for an ever-changing range of beers to be brewed. Each style will be pushed to its limits, with the evolution and development of new flavours.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts bring a fairly forward creamy sweetness that just about stays the right side of being oversweet. Soft pine into good stone fruits, a little tangy. Sabro brings up the back end with slightly ripe pineapple, very mild coconut. Citra does its modern day job of backfilling and does it well. Apparently Mosaic also ran. Fun drinkable dipa.

Interesting stuff. Has some festive spicing, mellow roast, bit of spicy tang, soft earth, nip of roast. Drinks OK, somewhat of a novelty.

Can. Just a very mild haze on this deepish amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, a little dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Fairly light bodied malts, but as you would expect with this colour or beer, a little toffee caramel over the light malts sweetness. Certainly not oversweet. Hops bring soft cooling pine, juicy fruity marmalade vibes. The hop choices making a difference here, mild candy fruits and soft tropical fruits enhance this already very tasty red dipa but, do not overwhelm the core character. A rather tasty brew that goes down very well indeed.
