The brewery is based on a farm in Great Hormead, East Hertfordshire. The focus is to brew modern styles, particularly highly hopped ales and fresh lagers.
The 1000L brewhouse allows for an ever-changing range of beers to be brewed. Each style will be pushed to its limits, with the evolution and development of new flavours.

Can. Just a light haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a mild dryness , good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Cooling pine, mild bitterness and a modest savoury skunk. Simcoe orange and pineapple is immediate. Mild lime and stone fruits, a trace of lime peel. Crisp finish brings a mild hop spice. Nice job, green hop and fruity hops in good balance for me. Not quite juicy enough and bright enough for top division but, a very crushable dipa.

Can. Near clear gold beer, small and short lived off white head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a moderate sweetness imparted. Hops bringing cooling pine. The overall character of this dipa is very grassy ganja. I think back to the days when I had a girlfriend very much into it (I appear to be largely immune), this was the taste and smell I recall. Modest hop fruits, what there is is bright and crisp, with a light crisp peel bitterness. Light crisp finish. Rarely, for me, has the close genetic relationship between hops and cannabis, been this obvious in a beer!
