The brewery is based on a farm in Great Hormead, East Hertfordshire. The focus is to brew modern styles, particularly highly hopped ales and fresh lagers.
The 1000L brewhouse allows for an ever-changing range of beers to be brewed. Each style will be pushed to its limits, with the evolution and development of new flavours.

Can at home picked up from Beer Shop St Albans. A light hazed pale yellow straw coloured pour with a lively frothy white head. Aroma is lovely soft tropicals, lychee peach, fresh wheaty grains, light plastic. Flavour is composed of soft bready grains, squishy tropicals fruits, light grass, lychee, pear, kiwi. Really nice hop boutquet. Palate is soft, airy carbonation, light mineral. Nice.

On tap at Brewdog Manchester, pours an opaque diarrhea yellow with a small white head. Aroma smells like shit, with lots of chunky yeast soup, chalk, ugh… this smells nasty. Flavour is sweet and very yeast, with lots of chalk, dirty yeast soup, and suspended green hops. Filthy and nasty. Just bad.

500ml can. Hazy orange, white head. Aroma of earthy pine, resin, marmalade, citrus. Taste is very piney and quite earthy, sweet orange marmalade and caramel malts, grapefruit, resin, bitter finish. Light-medium bodied. Wasn't sure about this one at first but yeah, it's alright. Just rather unexciting.
