The brewery is based on a farm in Great Hormead, East Hertfordshire. The focus is to brew modern styles, particularly highly hopped ales and fresh lagers.
The 1000L brewhouse allows for an ever-changing range of beers to be brewed. Each style will be pushed to its limits, with the evolution and development of new flavours.

Nice stuff. Lightly wheaty, good malty finish, touch of citrus. Quite light. Interesting.

Nice stuff. New England stuff is dialled down. Dry, light fruitiness. Some minerals. Kiwi?

Nice stuff. Fruity and hazy. But something interesting. Nice bitterness. Very full on fruitiness. Haze is less in your face later. Quite enjoyed it.

Can at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Nose is lemongrass, grapefruit, lime. Crisp bitter citrusy taste. Quite hoppy. Refreshing little number.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Deep golden body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of nuts and dried leaves. Flavour of caramel and fig. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. It’s a decent beer but the colour’s not as red and the flavour’s not as sweet/hoppy as the finest Red IPAs I’ve tried.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 19/12/22. Almost clear golden blonde with a just off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is melon, grapefruit, sharp tropical fruit esters, grass, blood orange. Taste comprises soft malts, hop spice, grass, pine nip, orange pith, grapefruit, stoned fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with leafy hop bitterness. Decent pale.

Can at home, 19th December 2022. Pours a light hazy orange. Aroma is citrus and sherbert. Taste is clean and citrus and sherbet, medium bitter, decent, especially for the extreme low ABV, food sessionable pale
