The brewery is based on a farm in Great Hormead, East Hertfordshire. The focus is to brew modern styles, particularly highly hopped ales and fresh lagers.
The 1000L brewhouse allows for an ever-changing range of beers to be brewed. Each style will be pushed to its limits, with the evolution and development of new flavours.

Can picked up from Art & Craft SW16 and drunk at home in London (06/11/2022) - vibrant fruity with notes of clementine and a splash of lime, some pomelo, sweet malty backing, piney bitter edged hoppy close.

31st October 2022; Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie, only four of us! 500ml can, cloudy pale golden body, white crown. Orange front to the nose and taste, but all a bit bland and boring for me.

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate starts smooth but develops a good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Hops kick off with smooth pine and a nice rounded citrus with a hint of peach from the Talus and a whisper of skunk from somewhere. Light finish. Just a nicely rounded and drinkable dipa without being anything that memorable.

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, good fine carbonation develops on the back end. Light smooth malts bring a decent creamy sweetness. The hop combo is up front savoury and spicy. Smooth pine. Some nice hoppy fruits underneath the spicy savoury attack. Calypso orchard fruits and a little citrus. Not really getting much from the other hops. Finishes semi dry and hop spicy. Very drinkable, some more hop fruits would have made this a big hitter.
